Teachers: Full name, email address, role, grade taught, and school details (name, district, city, state, country, zip code, address, and phone number). Teachers may sign up using Google, Microsoft, or Clever.

Children's Information: We may collect a child's birthdate to verify age, provide personalized content, and ensure compliance with applicable privacy laws.

Other Personal Information: When you contact Kreebo (via Platform, email, customer service, sales calls, or social media), we may collect your name, contact details, and communication preferences. We may also record calls for quality assurance and service improvement.

Device Information: We may collect your IP address, MAC address (where applicable), and device advertiser identifier for security, analytics, and location-based services.

Kreebo may share Non-Personal Information with third parties at its discretion.

6. Personal Information Removal or Modification

Parents and teachers can request to modify or delete their Personal Information by emailing us at admin@gurho.com. We will process requests in accordance with applicable privacy laws. However, deleting information from the Platform does not remove it from third-party sources.

Aggregate and anonymous data derived from account information or Platform use may remain on Kreebo servers indefinitely. Unless instructed otherwise, we may retain Personal Information for as long as allowed by law.
7. Usage of Third Pary Services
We may use third-party service providers to collect, store, and process your Personal Information, as described in this Privacy Policy.
Please note that we may also store and manage Personal Information through our authorized third-party vendors.
