Kreebo ("Kreebo," "we," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you access or use the Kreebo platform, including its web application and website (the "Platform").

Parents: Full name, email address (used to create an account for themselves and their child). Parents may also sign up using Google, Microsoft, or Facebook.
Teachers: Full name, email address, role, grade taught, and school details (name, district, city, state, country, zip code, address, and phone number). Teachers may sign up using Google, Microsoft, or Clever.
Children's Information: We may collect a child's birthdate to verify age, provide personalized content, and ensure compliance with applicable privacy laws.
Other Personal Information: When you contact Kreebo (via Platform, email, customer service, sales calls, or social media), we may collect your name, contact details, and communication preferences. We may also record calls for quality assurance and service improvement.
Device Information: We may collect your IP address, MAC address (where applicable), and device advertiser identifier for security, analytics, and location-based services.
Geolocation: We may collect, process, and store geolocation data (such as through IP analysis) to provide services, analytics, and security.

1.2 Non-personal Information

We collect certain technical and behavioral information when you use the Platform. This may include details about your device (such as type, version, operating system, browser, screen resolution, language, and connectivity) and your activity on the Platform (such as pages visited and actions taken).

to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or government requests; to enforce this Privacy Policy and investigate potential violations; to detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Kreebo, its users, or the public; during any change in control of Kreebo, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; with authorized third-party service providers for business purposes, such as data hosting and processing; or with your consent.

Kreebo may share Non-Personal Information with third parties at its discretion.

As a parent or guardian, you have the right to:

6. Personal Information Removal or Modification

Parents and teachers can request to modify or delete their Personal Information by emailing us at admin@gurho.com. We will process requests in accordance with applicable privacy laws. However, deleting information from the Platform does not remove it from third-party sources.
Aggregate and anonymous data derived from account information or Platform use may remain on Kreebo servers indefinitely. Unless instructed otherwise, we may retain Personal Information for as long as allowed by law.

7. Usage of Third Pary Services

We may use third-party service providers to collect, store, and process your Personal Information, as described in this Privacy Policy.

Please note that we may also store and manage Personal Information through our authorized third-party vendors.
