These Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”), along with our Privacy Policy at kreebo.ai/privacy (together, the “Terms”), form a legal agreement between you (“User”) and us (“Kreebo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Scope and Application of Terms

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern all access to and use of the Kreebo platform available at https://kreebo.com (the “Platform”).
The Platform provides tools for creating customized educational content and entertainment materials, such as stories and activities, using artificial intelligence technology (“AI”). Users may utilize the Platform for both educational purposes and personal enjoyment, including but not limited to the creation of stories and learning resources.

Binding Agreement

By accessing, using, or agreeing to the Terms (including by clicking “accept”), you:

Acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.
Represent and warrant that you have full legal authority and capacity to enter into and be bound by these Terms.
Agree to comply fully with all provisions of the Terms.

Prohibition on Unauthorized Access

If you do not agree to all provisions of the Terms, you are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Platform in any manner.

Our terms and conditions are as follow -

1. Access and Account Security

User accounts and access to standard Platform features are governed solely by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. We may change, withdraw, or restrict access to any part of the Platform at any time, without notice. We are not liable if the Platform becomes unavailable. You are solely responsible for arranging your own access to the Platform and ensuring anyone using your connection follows the Terms.
To access the Platform or certain features, you must provide registration details and other information. All information you submit must be accurate, current, and complete. By providing your information, you agree it will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and you consent to its use as described in that policy. We may disable your username, password, or any identifier at our sole discretion, with or without reason, including if you breach the Terms.
If you receive a username, password, or other security information, you must keep it confidential and not share it. Your account is personal. Do not allow others to access the Platform using your credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach. Use caution when accessing the Platform from public or shared devices.

2. Intellectual Property

The Platform and all its content (text, software, designs, images, audio, video) are owned by Kreebo or its licensors and protected by law. You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, display, perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any part of the Platform. You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purposes. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access, and you may be required to return or destroy any copies of Platform materials. No ownership rights in the Platform are transferred to you. All rights are reserved by Kreebo. The Kreebo name, logo, and related trademarks may not be used without our written consent.
You may create and share original content, such as stories, for non-commercial purposes, but any commercial use or participation in Platform revenue from user-generated content is subject to separate legal agreements with Kreebo. Kreebo does not claim ownership of your original content, but by submitting or sharing content on the Platform, you grant Kreebo a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and share such content as part of the Platform’s services. You acknowledge that AI-generated content created through the Platform is not guaranteed to be original or free from third-party claims, and you are responsible for ensuring that your use of any content generated by the Platform complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of others.

3. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting.
Continued use of the Platform after updates means you accept and agree to the new Terms. You must check for updates regularly, as they are binding.

4. User Contributions

The Platform may offer interactive features (collectively, “Interactive Services”) that allow users to write, create, edit, post, submit, publish, display, or transmit educational materials, creative content, or other materials (“User Contributions”) to themselves, other users, or third parties.
By submitting or posting User Contributions to the Platform, you grant Kreebo and its affiliates, service providers, licensees, successors, and assigns a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, sublicensable, irrevocable license to use, host, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit your User Contributions for any purpose related to the operation, improvement, and promotion of the Platform. This license extends to all formats and media now known or later developed.
You represent and warrant that (a) you own or control all rights in and to your User Contributions or have obtained all necessary permissions to grant the license above; (b) your User Contributions comply with these Terms, including the Content Standards; (c) you are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your User Contributions; and (d) your User Contributions do not infringe upon or violate the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
You acknowledge that User Contributions, including content generated using the Platform’s AI features, may not be unique, may be similar to content created by other users or third parties, and are not guaranteed to be free from third-party claims. Kreebo does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of any User Contributions or AI-generated content, and you assume all risks associated with their use.
User Contributions remain your property, but by submitting them to the Platform, you grant Kreebo a broad license to use, modify, and share them as necessary to operate and improve the Platform. User Contributions are considered non-confidential, and you agree that Kreebo has no obligation to treat them as proprietary or confidential information. Kreebo is under no obligation to monitor, review, or enforce your intellectual property rights in your User Contributions, but we reserve the right to remove, edit, or disable access to any User Contributions at our sole discretion, for any reason, without notice.
You remain solely responsible for your User Contributions. Kreebo is not liable for any claims arising from your User Contributions, including their legality, accuracy, reliability, or compliance with laws and regulations.

5. Content Standards

All User Contributions and use of the Platform’s Interactive Services must fully comply with applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations. User Contributions must not contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable. They must not promote sexually explicit or pornographic content, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
User Contributions must not infringe upon any intellectual property rights, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, copyrights, or trade secrets, nor may they violate the privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of any person. Contributions must not include material that is deceptive, fraudulent, or that could give rise to civil or criminal liability under any applicable laws or regulations. Content must not promote illegal activities or advocate for, promote, or assist in any unlawful acts. Contributions should not cause unnecessary distress, annoyance, or inconvenience to others, nor should they impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation. Furthermore, User Contributions must not involve unauthorized commercial activities such as contests, sweepstakes, advertisements, or solicitations, nor should they suggest endorsement or affiliation with Kreebo or any other party without proper authorization.
The Platform may use third-party AI services to generate content, including visual, audio, written, or other forms. While we strive to provide a safe and positive experience, Kreebo does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be free from offensive, violent, sexual, or otherwise objectionable material. Kreebo disclaims all responsibility and liability for the accuracy, legality, originality, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content. Kreebo is not responsible for any legal violations, claims, damages, or losses arising from AI-generated content or User Contributions, whether posted, shared, or otherwise distributed through the Platform.
Parents and legal guardians are solely responsible for supervising their children’s use of the Platform. Minors, particularly those under 13, lack the legal capacity or judgment to assess AI-generated content for appropriateness. Parents and guardians must actively monitor their child’s use of the Platform, review any content generated or accessed by their child, and ensure compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and family standards. Users must immediately report any concerns about AI-generated content through the appropriate channels provided by Kreebo.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may only use the Platform for lawful purposes and as allowed under these Terms.
You must not use the Platform to violate any laws, including federal, state, local, or international regulations. You must not exploit, harm, or attempt to harm minors in any way, including exposing them to inappropriate content or soliciting personal information.
You may not upload, share, download, or reuse any content that violates these Terms. You must not send spam, chain letters, or other unwanted communications, and you may not falsely claim an affiliation with any person or entity or pretend to be someone else. You may not access another person’s account without permission or create accounts using bots, automated tools, or false information.
You are prohibited from using the Platform to commit educational or academic dishonesty.
You must not develop, support, or use any software, devices, scripts, bots, crawlers, browser plugins, or other automated tools to scrape, copy, or collect content, lessons, or data from the Platform.
You must not impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, access the accounts of others without authorization, create accounts through bots or automated means, mislead others regarding the source or nature of AI-generated Output, or engage in any form of fraud or deceptive conduct.
You may not use any part of the Platform, including content, data, or AI-generated outputs, to develop, train, fine-tune, test, or align any machine learning models or artificial intelligence systems, whether for yourself or on behalf of a third party.
You must not introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful technology to the Platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, servers, or databases, or disrupt the operation of the Platform in any way.
Kreebo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these rules.

7. Disclaimer on AI Use

The Platform may use artificial intelligence and third-party AI services to generate content, including text, audio, visual, and other outputs ("AI Outputs"). While we strive to maintain a safe and educational environment, Kreebo does not control the specific outputs generated by AI systems and does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, appropriateness, or lawfulness of any AI Outputs.
You acknowledge and agree that AI Outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that is inappropriate, offensive, or misleading. Kreebo is not liable for any claims, damages, or legal consequences arising from your use of or reliance on AI Outputs.
You must not use AI Outputs for any unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes, including misrepresenting AI-generated content as human-created, infringing on intellectual property rights, or violating any laws. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising their children’s use of the Platform and any AI-generated content.
By using the Platform, you accept full responsibility for reviewing and supervising the use of AI Outputs and agree to use the Platform at your own risk.

8. Monitoring and Termination

Kreebo may, at its sole discretion, remove or refuse to post any User Contribution, take any action it deems necessary to enforce these Terms (including the Content Standards), or terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Platform without notice.
Kreebo may disclose your identity or information to third parties if we believe your content violates their rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights. We may also cooperate fully with law enforcement, courts, or government agencies, including disclosing user information as required. You release Kreebo, its affiliates, and service providers from any legal claims arising from actions taken in connection with investigations or law enforcement requests.
Kreebo is not responsible for reviewing or monitoring all User Contributions and is not liable for any action or inaction regarding content posted by users or third parties.
Kreebo does not review all User Contributions before they are posted and cannot guarantee prompt removal of objectionable content after it appears. We are not liable for any actions or omissions related to user-generated content or any transmissions, communications, or material provided by any user or third party.
If Kreebo is unable to provide a specific feature (including AI-related features) due to lack of access to required services, legal restrictions, or causes beyond its control, it may suspend, modify, or terminate access to such features as necessary.

9. Geographic Restrictions

Kreebo does not guarantee that the Platform or its content is accessible or appropriate outside the United States. Access may be restricted or illegal in certain jurisdictions. If you access the Platform from outside the U.S., you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with local laws. AI-enabled features may be subject to geographic restrictions and eligibility requirements.

10. Social Media, Linking, and Third Parties

10.1 Social Media Features and Linking

The Platform may include social media features that allow you to:

Link to certain content on the Platform from your website or a third-party website.
Send emails or messages with content or links from the Platform.
Display limited portions of Platform content on your website or a third-party website.

You may use these features only as we provide them and only with the associated content. You may not:

Link from a website you do not own.
Frame, deep-link, or otherwise display Platform content on another website.
Link to any page other than the homepage.
Use the Platform or its content in a way that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Websites linking to or displaying Platform content must fully comply with our Content Standards. You agree to cooperate with Kreebo to immediately stop any unauthorized linking or framing. We may withdraw linking permission or disable social media features at any time, without notice.

10.2 Links to Third-Party Sites

The Platform may include links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided for convenience only. Kreebo has no control over third-party content and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party sites. Access to any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to the terms of use for that site.

11. Changes to the Platform

The Platform’s content may change over time, and while we may update it, we are not required to keep it complete or current. Kreebo is not responsible for ensuring that Platform content is accurate, updated, or refreshed.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Kreebo is an AI-powered story generation app that creates content based on user prompts, including those submitted by children. You understand that AI-generated content (“Output”) may not always be unique, original, or appropriate for all audiences. The Output may resemble existing content, include errors, inaccuracies, or unintended themes, and is not guaranteed to be error-free, exclusive, or suitable for any specific educational, entertainment, or developmental purposes.

Parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising their child’s use of the Platform, reviewing the Output, and ensuring that the content aligns with their family’s standards and values. Kreebo does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free from objectionable material and disclaims all responsibility for any inaccuracies, duplications, or unintended content generated by the Platform.

The Platform, its content, AI-generated Output, and any services or materials are provided “as is,” “as available,” and “with all faults.” Kreebo does not guarantee that the Platform or its content will be accurate, error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of harmful code. You use the Platform at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate antivirus protection, backups, and safeguards for your devices and data.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kreebo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, performance, or availability.

Kreebo is not liable for any harm, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Platform, including AI-generated Output, third-party content, or services accessed through the Platform.

Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the disclaimers above may not apply to you. You may also have additional rights under local law that vary by state or jurisdiction.

13. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kreebo, its parent, affiliates, licensors, service providers, contractors, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, awards, costs, expenses, and legal fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

Your use of the Platform or services in violation of these Terms;
Your failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations, including any failure to obtain necessary consents or provide required notices;
Your User Contributions, including any claims that your User Contributions infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of a third party;
Any misuse of the Platform or AI-generated Output by you or anyone using your account.

Kreebo reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification. You agree to cooperate fully with Kreebo’s defense and not to settle any matter without Kreebo’s prior written consent.

14. Arbitration, Waiver of Rights, and Severability

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to litigate disputes in court, to have a judge or jury decide your case, and to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or other representative proceedings. Binding arbitration will be the sole and exclusive method for resolving disputes, except as required by applicable law or supplemental terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, if a dispute is not filed within one year of the event giving rise to the claim, it is permanently barred.
Kreebo’s failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. No waiver by Kreebo of any term or condition will be deemed a continuing waiver or a waiver of any other term or condition.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that part will be removed or limited as necessary, but the rest of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kreebo, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, employees, officers, directors, and agents are not liable for any damages of any kind—under any legal theory—arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, any linked sites, or any content. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, or exemplary damages, such as personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic or non-economic loss, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), or any other theory of liability, even if foreseeable.

Kreebo has no liability for damages arising from your interactions with third parties or other users on or through the Platform.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, Kreebo’s liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Kreebo is not responsible for the actions, content, or information of third parties, including other users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users and any third parties you engage with through the Platform.

It is your responsibility to take any steps you believe necessary to protect yourself before engaging in any interaction, whether online or offline.

Kreebo reserves the right, but has no obligation, to become involved in disputes between users.

15. Miscellaneous

Additional terms and conditions may apply to specific sections, services, or features of the Platform. Any such terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference and are binding on you.

These Terms, along with any incorporated policies, are the entire agreement between you and Kreebo regarding the Platform. They replace all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties—whether written or oral—regarding the Platform.
